Dave McKillen named Director of Operations at WebStrategies Inc.

Richmond based marketing and sales agency WebStrategies Inc., announces the appointment of Dave McKillen as its Director of Operations. In this new role, Dave will be responsible for all technology development, project management and out-sourced services, as well as directing operational elements of the company as a whole.

Dave joined WebStrategies in 2008 as a Web Development Specialist, and became Director of Development in 2011. He led the growth of the website development side of the firm, was an important part of winning 4 Web Marketing Association Awards for Exceptional Website Design, has implemented several project management improvements, and has expanded the firm’s worldwide development capacity.

Before joining WebStrategies, Dave held various positions as a designer and programmer, including Lead Developer on the project as a founding member at Hollings Marine Lab in association with NOAA in Charleston, SC. Dave holds a B.S. degree in Science from the University College in Dublin, Ireland, and an M.S. degree in Information Systems for Business from VCU.
