Neal formed the company in 2004 as the only employee working with a variety of contractors. Committed to build an organization of high quality people delivering superior services, Neal has always focused on excellence in customer service and creating raving fans of our clients.
Neal focuses his energy on ensuring the firm continues to evolve and remain highly relevant and capable in the digital marketing and sales development space, and provides specific sales and business growth consulting services to a variety of clients. Additionally, the development of employees has and remains a top priority. Believing that satisfied and extraordinary employees deliver exceptional results for clients, Neal places a great deal of emphasis on hiring the right people, empowering them to perform, and developing them to reach their full potential.
Rarely found in his office, Neal invests a great deal of time participating in and leading local business organizations. In the last 10 years, he’s given back to the business community in the following roles:
A sought-after speaker and expert in sales, human resources development and business growth strategies, Neal has addressed business owners, sales and marketing professionals, and digital marketing consultants in South America, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
Prior to WebStrategies, Neal spent nearly 20 years in senior management at Circuit City; and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, finance, human resources and operations management. The experience he gained leading a division of Circuit City equipped him to develop a successful small business. Neal earned a BS Degree in Business from the University of MO.
On a personal side, Neal enjoys spending time with his wife of 40+ years, two daughters and four grandchildren. An armchair social anthropologist, Neal is a reality TV fan. He is also a bit of a fitness fanatic and enjoys hitting the links whenever he gets a chance.
