Chris Anderson - Senior Manager of Digital Marketing
Florence, Alabama native, Chris Anderson, brings a client's perspective to the WebStrategies Team because he once was a client. Chris has a passion for helping his fellow credit union marketers reach their goals with proven digital marketing strategies.
Chris's background in graphic design and video production led him to a career in marketing through the path of content development. Chosen by a public vote, Chris won a contest in 2009 that landed him a job as content creator and online spokesperson for a credit union (before the term "influencer" was commonly used). Chris developed a passion for credit union marketing and advanced within the department, broadening his experience beyond millennial marketing.
In 2016, Chris would lead the department and go on to become a member of the organization's Senior Leadership Team. Under his leadership, the credit union would be a showstopper at every national credit union marketing award show, winning more Diamond Awards from CUNA than any other credit union over a 10-year period, including two Best of Shows.
A graduate of the University of North Alabama, Chris holds a degree in Commercial Music and Business Administration. He relishes time at home with his wife, two boys, three-legged cat, and deaf dog. In his free time, Chris enjoys music, comedy, kayaking, and getting involved in his local community.
